Pending confirmation: the legal entity name, registered address, governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process for OneHireOS have not been finalized with legal counsel. They are marked below and will be completed before this page is relied upon as a binding contract.

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the OneHireOS website and platform ("OneHireOS", "we", "us"), operated by [Legal entity name — to be confirmed], registered in [Jurisdiction — to be confirmed].

2. The service

OneHireOS provides companies with tools to structure hiring processes, including defining role pipelines and running technical evaluations, and provides candidates with visibility into the status of their applications. Features are made available progressively; the website clearly marks what is currently available versus planned.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide to OneHireOS, whether as a hiring company or as a candidate.

4. The Founding 100 offer

The Founding 100 offer is available to the first 100 customers who subscribe under it. It is a recurring subscription — not a one-time payment — and it locks the recurring price you agreed to at sign-up for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing, without interruption. The offer includes priority support and advance notice of new feature releases. It does not guarantee access to every future plan, tier or add-on OneHireOS may release. The offer closes once 100 subscriptions have been filled. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, re-subscribing later does not reinstate the locked price.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the cadence agreed at sign-up. Payment processing and invoicing details will be confirmed with you directly as part of onboarding. [Payment processor — to be confirmed].

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false information, attempting to access data that isn't yours, or interfering with the service's normal operation.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Termination ends any Founding 100 price lock associated with that subscription.

8. Disclaimer & liability

OneHireOS is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties beyond what is legally required and limit liability as will be detailed in the finalized version of these Terms. [Liability cap and applicable law — to be confirmed].
